IriBijoux Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at IriBijoux. We are dedicated to delivering your jewelry as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing & Production Time

All of our jewelry pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order.

Standard Production: Most orders are processed and produced within 2–4 business days.
Peak Seasons: During holidays (Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.), production may take up to 5–7 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely.

Please note: Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

IriBijoux is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at welcome@iribijoux.store. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and attach a photo of the damage so we can arrange a complimentary replacement for you.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We begin production quickly, so there is a very small window to correct an address. If you believe you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us at welcome@iribijoux.store within 12 hours of placing your order.
